Built from scratch for your firm
No templates. We design the site around your firm, how your customers book and what you want it to say, and if we'd do something differently we'll tell you straight. If there's a site in the trade you rate, we'll take what works about it and build it in your name.
See one we built
Tidewell Cars is an Exmouth taxi firm we invented to show what the £999 gets you. Book a test job and see it go through. The booking goes into a test dispatch system, the dispatch reference comes straight back, and a few seconds later you see the driver, the car and how far away it is. No car will come.
How the booking gets to dispatch
A taxi website has one job, which is getting the booking. Ours also get it into dispatch. The booking form on your website talks to your dispatch system through that system's booking API, so when a customer books, the job appears in dispatch ready for your controllers to allocate, the same as one taken on the phone.
We connect to iCabbi, Autocab and Cordic, and to other systems with a booking API. The link is included in the £999 where your system has a booking API and you can arrange API access with your provider. Some providers approve the connection or issue a key first, and on the first call we'll tell you what yours will need. Any charge your provider makes for API access is between you and them.
If your provider's own booking widget already does what you need, we'll say so.
Built by someone who ran taxi firms
Tom Arrington owned and ran Abacus and Falmouth Taxis for nearly twenty years, the last eight or so on iCabbi. A general web agency can build you a good looking site. What it usually can't do is get the booking into dispatch, because it has never sat on the other side of that screen. Read the Abacus and Falmouth Taxis story.
Your dispatch system stays as it is
We build the website and leave your dispatch system exactly as it is. The website sits in front of the system you already run and hands it the booking.
We're listed on the iCabbi Marketplace, but we don't sell software and no supplier pays us.
What the £999 website covers
£999
That's the whole price. It starts with a recorded planning conversation to agree what the site needs to do. You then get a complete first version and one structured round of changes before launch. The link to your dispatch system is part of it, not an extra.

An office workspace for your firm
Alongside the website, we can set up an office workspace: AI workers built for your firm, who know your business, your customers and how you talk to them. They draft the work and flag what needs attention, and someone in your office checks it and decides what goes out.
Five workers take the booking emails, customer emails, complaints, licensing and social media off your controllers. Every booking that arrives by email is checked against the job in your dispatch system, and when something does not match, your controllers see it before the car is sent.
The workspace is £999, separate from the website, or £1,998 for both. Which workers you get, and what each one does, is agreed in a recorded planning conversation, the same way the website is, so you know exactly what the £999 buys before any work starts.
