A genuine Commercial Review in its own right, not a smaller version of the Full Commercial Review. Its value is the judgement, not the minutes.
What happens
We listen for as long as it genuinely takes to understand the position — thirty minutes or two hours. The call may be recorded so it can be reviewed properly rather than judged in the moment.
We then assess the business and whatever else is relevant, and produce a written report: assessment, recommendations, direction, and next steps.
Timeline
The report is completed within 4 business days.

If you go on to a Full Commercial Review, the £500 you pay here is credited in full.
