We spend a lot more time following the evidence, including time inside the business where it helps, and work the recommendations through with you in far more depth.
Then we start the work
We build the practical action plan and start putting the useful pieces in place. That could mean AI systems, operational systems, website work, business structure or commercial reporting, or working alongside the right tax or accountancy advisers where regulated advice is genuinely needed. The work follows what will help the business most, not a fixed list.
Timeline
Agreed with you before the work starts. It follows what the review finds, not a fixed programme.
Six months on
Six months later we check in to see what actually changed. It is a phone call, included with the work, not another stage to book.
Scope
£2,500 is a fixed price as defined here. Anything materially outside that is discussed and agreed separately before it happens, not billed afterwards.
The credit
If you have already paid for a Commercial Review, that £500 is credited in full against this price.
